Obituary
Logan resident, A. G. Cummings, passed away Tues., Dec. 17, at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg, KS at the age of 90.
He was born Nov. 1, 1923 in Eldorado, KS to Arthur & Mildred (Kinney) Cummings. His wife, Dona, and grandson, Jason Cummings, preceded him in death.
He is survived by his son, Gerald, of Spring, TX; daughter, Vicki Ward, of Logan; sister, Connie Mendel, of Houston, TX; one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held Sat., Dec. 21, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in the Logan Christian Church, Logan, KS with Pastor Troy Buss officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Logan, with military honors by the Ralph DeFors American Legion Post #281 of Logan.
Visitation will be Thurs. from noon – 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. at the Logan Funeral Home in Logan.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Logan Manor Nursing Home.
