Obituary
Phillipsburg resident, Amy L. Kastle, passed away Sunday, Aug. 24, 2014 at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg, KS at the age of 92.
She was born March 25, 1922 in Phillips County, the daughter of Robert William & Carrie Melinda (Zoller) Busby.
Her husband, Robert, and sons, Richard and Larry, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her sons, Mike of Parsons, KS and Rick of Windsor, KS; daughter, Cindy Kee of Sandwich, IL; daughters-in-law, Cheryl Kastle of Berthoud, CO and Melanie Elliott of Kensington, KS; brother, Bob Busby of Hutchinson, KS; 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 27, at 1:00 p.m. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Joel Hiesterman officiating. Burial will follow in the Bogart Cemetery, Phillips County, KS.
Visitation will be Monday from 5-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Phillips County Food Pantry or Hospice Services.
