Obituary

Bonnie Kay Laughlin, daughter of Alfred and Doris Fischer was born April 20, 1960. She married Terry L. Laughlin in June of 1979. She went to be with her Lord, Jesus Christ (John 14:1-4,6; John 11:25-26) on December 31, 2010.
Bonnie graduated from Long Island High School, and Fort Hays State University where she earned her CPA Degree. With her husband, she produced Derek, Jared, Caleb and Josiah Laughlin. Preceding her in their home going (John 14:1-4,6; Philippians 1:23; John 11:25-26) were her father Alfred Fischer and her mother Doris Fischer/Stump, (Doris remarried after the death of Alfred Fischer). Those still living on this earth are husband Terry and sons Derek, Jared, Caleb and Josiah Laughlin, all of Norton, Ks. Also surviving are her sisters: Susan Wise, North Richland Hills, TX; Katherine Mick, Newton, Ks; Beverly Coerperich, Blanchard, ID; her brothers Dave Fischer, Norton, Ks. and Brian Fischer, Phillipsburg, Ks.
After receiving Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and Lord, Bonnie received Spiritual gifts (1 Corinthians 12:1-14:22; Romans 12:6-8; 1 Peter 4:10-11) that enabled her to sacrificially serve Crossroads Church, (Previously, Full Gospel Church/CrossRoads Church); World Wide Pictures, Inc. (Billy Graham Films); Norton County Ministerial Alliance; Dave Reover and Associates; SermonCentral.com (Theological Overseer, Sermon Reviewer); CrossRoads Articles and CrossRoads Website. Bonnie served her husband faithfully and denied herself a lot for the sake of her boys and family.
Funeral Service will be held at Crossroads Church, 313 W. Lincoln Street in Norton, Ks. on Wednesday January 5 at 2:30 p.m. Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel are making arrangements. Pastor Ron Scheimo is giving Bonnie's, "Celebration of Life in Christ" message. Pastor David Pugh is giving the gospel message. Music Ministers are Virgil Mock, Roy Harshbarger and Glenn Jones. Special music will be by Ronald and Sylvia Scheimo, Don and Linda Malcolm. A special reading, written by Bonnie is to be read by Donna Mock.
