She was born September 18, 1948 in Agra, Kansas to James and Mildred (Bailey) Daley. She attended Agra School Class of 1966. Carol married Larry Weinman on May 31, 1974 in Agra and they were married for 47 years. She was a homemaker and worked various retail and office jobs in Phillipsburg.

Carol was a devoted wife, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved to take photographs of landscapes, flowers, birds, and her cats to put into an annual calendar that she gifted to her family and friends each year.  She was an avid reader and loved to cook. Carol was very fond of cats, including stray cats in the neighborhood who she quickly adopted.  Her cats brought her joy and they will miss her greatly.

Survivors include her husband, Larry, Phillipsburg; a brother-in-law, Terry Brenzikofer, Hays; a sister-in-law, Janice Giedd, Phillipsburg; two nieces, Amber Brenzikofer, Lakewood, Colorado and Nicole Kems and husband Jason, Winterset, Iowa; a nephew, Mark Brenzikofer and wife Suzanne, McKinney, Texas; and four great-nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Mildred Daley, and her sister, Mary Jane Brenzikofer.

Graveside services will be held Sat. November 27 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Lee Bennight officiating. The service will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page.

Visitation will be from noon to 9:00 Friday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel with the family receiving friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Phillips County EMS or the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Research.
