Catherine Farr passed away on March 15, 2025, at the Logan Manor, in Logan, Kansas, at the age of 87.

Catherine Ella Farr was born on April 17, 1937, in West Davenport, New York, to her parents Benjamin and Rachel (O'Dell) Beams.

She was united in marriage to Howard Farr on January 10, 1954, in West Davenport, New York.

She is preceded in death by her husband Howard Farr, parents Charles and Rachel Beams, daughter Patricia Farr, son Charles Farr, brother Benjamin Beams, and sisters Mary Hoyt, and Patricia Stigen.

Survivors include sons Howard Farr of Woodbourne, New York and Donald Farr of Oxford, New York, daughters Catherine Rogers of Livingston Manor, New York, Mary Cunningham of Cedarville, New York, Eleanor Conrad-Farr of Almena, Kansas, Janice Smaldone of Frankfort, New York, brothers Robert, Chester, and Carl Beams, sister Anna Diest, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Randy Garner officiating.
