Obituary
Former Norton resident, Clair Ann Glenn, passed away Sunday, Sept. 28, 2014 at the Logan Manor in Logan, KS at the age of 79.
She was born May 20, 1935 in Norton, KS, the daughter of Orville & Helen (Hager) Poage. Her husband, Henry Glenn, and daughter, Pamela Sue Shearer, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son-in-law, Kelly Shearer and his wife, Deva of Hays, KS; granddaughters, Alysia Shearer of Lenora, KS and Amanda Poore of Eldorado Springs, MO; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Jerry Poage of Hill City, KS and Rich Poage of Augusta, KS.
Cremation was planned. A memorial service will be held Friday, Oct. 3, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Congregational Church in Almena, KS with Pastor Kirk Kasson officiating.
Friends may sign the book Thursday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel in Phillipsburg, KS.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Clair Ann Glenn Memorial Fund.
