Clarence Leslie Winters was born on May 21, 1953, in Stockton, Kansas, to his parents William and Thelma Winters.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, in Phillipsburg, Kansas, with Pastor Scott Eller officiating.

Friends and relatives may sign the book on Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, in Phillipsburg.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Clarence Winters Memorial Fund.
