Phillipsburg resident, Connie Jo Springer, age 67, passed away Friday, October 29 ^th , 2021 at the Hays Medical Center, Hays, KS.

Connie was born August 18, 1954 in Manhattan, KS the daughter of Don and Bonnie (Sowell) Springer.  Connie grew up on the family farm near Manhattan.  She graduated from the Manhattan High School in the Class of 1972.

Survivors include her friend Merlyn Schick of Phillipsburg; brothers Ronald of Manhattan, Russell of Manhattan, Jesse of Topeka; a sister Joy Burgess of Manhattan; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Donald.

Cremation was planned.  Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg. Services will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page .  The Inurnment will follow in the St. Peter's Cemetery, Phillips County.

The family will receive friends Friday, December 3 ^rd at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for visitation.
