Coralee F. Roth, 73, of Osborne, Kansas, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the Osborne County Memorial Hospital.
She was born in the family's home in Kirwin, Kansas on April 13, 1942 to Vernon F. & Bernice (Maloney) Roth, Sr.
Coralee graduated from Kirwin High School in 1960. After graduation she went to live and work with her aunt at a sewing factory in Kansas City. After two years she returned to her home in Kirwin and worked for many years at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg, Kansas as a CNA.
She then moved to Dorrance, Kansas and worked as a CNA at the Hutchinson Hospital and Haven Nursing Home and later lived in Portis, Kansas, working for the Osborne County EMS and also as a CNA at the Osborne County Memorial Hospital.
The last few years of her life Coralee resided at the Parkview Care Center in Osborne, Kansas, where she enjoyed the company of her little dog and spending time with her many nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon F. Roth, Sr.; her mother, Bernice Maloney; her stepmother, Betty L. Roth; her sister, Kristi Wolters; two half-sisters, Beverly Blackburn and Francis "Frankie" Blackburn; and two half-brothers, Allen and Orle Blackburn.
Survivors include her sisters, June (Bob) Eakin of Kirwin, KS and Pattie Roth of Florida; her brothers, Vernon F. Roth, Jr. of Kirwin and Rollin L. (Debra) Roth of Cawker City, KS; four nephews, seven nieces, and many great-nieces & great-nephews.
Cremation was planned. A memorial graveside service will be held Monday, Sept. 14, at 10:00 a.m. in the Bogart Cemetery, Phillips County, with Pastor Laverna Yarnell officiating.
Friends may sign the book on Sunday from noon – 9 p.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel in Phillipsburg, KS.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
