Phillipsburg resident, Dale Edgar Cotten, passed away July 10, 2020 at the Logan Manor in Logan, KS at the age of 60.  He was born July 18, 1959 in Logan, the son of Warren & Eugenia (Ashley) Cotten.

Survivors include his sons: Shawn & Steve of Phillipsburg; his brother, Bob of Goodland; 2 sisters, Phyllis Backus of Colby & Irene Elliott of Lenora & 2 grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen.  A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 18 at 11:00 a.m. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Blake Stanwood officiating.  The service will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page.

Visitation will be from noon to 9:00 Friday at the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 7:00 Friday evening.

Memorial contributions may be made to his grandchildren's education fund or to the Logan Manor.
