Phillipsburg resident, Dannie Craig, passed away on September 15, 2025, at the Phillips County Hospital, at the age of 80.

Dannie Ray Craig was born on June 16, 1945, in Lenora, Kansas, to his parents Olen Dale Craig and Jessie Lucille (Anglin) Craig.

He was married to Karen Novicki and to this union three children were born: Johnny, Shane, and Kelli. They later divorced.

Later on he was united in marriage to JoEtta (Beck) Craig.

He is preceded in death by his wife JoEtta, daughter Kelli Morton, parents Olen and Jessie Craig, brothers Bill Craig, Calvin Craig, Lynn Craig, Galen LaDean Craig, and Clifford "Rick" Anglin, sisters Oneitta Maley, Roberta Craig, Daneiptakay Craig, and Connie Craig, and step son Eric Beck.

Survivors include sons Johnny Dale Price of Marysville, Kansas and Shane Anthony Price of Washington, Kansas, and significant other Megan Frazier of Spanaway, Washington, sisters Marlyn Holloway and Tamara Craig, brother Richie Craig of Wichita, Kansas, and grandchildren Josiah, Jaxson, and Jlynn Frasier.

Cremation was planned.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
