Debra Kay Rohrbough, daughter of Dean & Elsie (Merklein) Post, was born July 5, 1958 in Phillipsburg, KS.  She passed away on November 20, 2019 in the peace of her own home in Holbcomb, KS at the age of 61.

She grew up in Phillipsburg, graduating from Phillipsburg High School with the class of 1976. She was Baptized on July 20, 1958 and confirmed on March 26, 1972 in the Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church, Stuttgart. She worked as a dedicated dispatcher for the police department for many years and was working as a dispatch security officer at the Tyson facility in Garden City, KS at the time of her death.

Debra loved animals and would never turn away a stray.  Her heart was full of compassion and love in general, but especially for others and animals less fortunate.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Janet Kampfe.

Survivors include her sisters, Linda Jeffres and husband Pat of Pine Bluffs, WY and Cynthia Post of St. Pete Beach, FL; her niece, Elyse Selzer and husband Michael ; nephews, Nolan, Kyle & Hunter Jeffres; great niece Emma Selzer and great nephew Mason Selzer.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 25 ^th at 11:00 a.m. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Lee Bennight officiating.  Burial will follow in the Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Stuttgart.

Visitation will be from 12:00 to 9:00 Sunday at the funeral home.
