Glade resident, Dianne L. Thompson, passed away Friday, February 3, 2012 in her home at the age of 76. She was born February 2, 1936 in Buffalo, New York the daughter of Richard L. & Mary Louise (Ljungberg) Dreyer.

Dianne married Carlisle Thompson on December 31, 1954 in Tucson, Arizona. He survives.

Other survivors include two sons, Richard of Phillipsburg and James of Glade; two daughters, Sharon Fulghum of Glade and Sandra Redinger of Kansas City, Missouri; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Cremation was planned. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday evening, Feb. 9, 2012, in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Joel Hiesterman officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 p.m. to service time Thursday evening.

Friends may sign the book from noon until 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. to service time Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Dianne's Family Orchard and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
