Earl Leroy Wolfe passed away Monday, September 27, 2021 at the Phillips County Hospital at the age of 87, with his son Kurtis at his side. Earl was born December 10, 1933 in Phillipsburg, KS to Hulsa and Edna (Woofter) Wolfe.

Earl joined the United States Air Force in 1954 and was honorably discharged in 1958. Earl entered into his first marriage August 26, 1962 to Sally, and to this marriage a daughter Kayla and son Kurtis were born. Earl and Sally later divorced. Earl then married Sayan "Ludee" Rogers September 18, 1999 and was ever at her side until her death on September 17, 2020.

Earl enjoyed spending time with family and friends, spoiling his beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren, fishing, and fixing and tinkering with all things mechanical, and in earlier years taking the local Boy Scouts Troop on annual camping trips to far off places such as Colorado, Wyoming and Canada and speeding around with the local hot rod chapter.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents, wife Sayan "Ludee", daughter Kayla Kreller, and brothers Darrel, Dean and Keath.

Survivors include his son Kurtis of Prairie View, step-daughter Cher Simpson of Raymore, MO, step-sons Pete Rogers of Phillipsburg and Sonny Rogers of Raymore, MO, 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2021 in the Fairview Cemetery, Phillipsburg with Pastor Joel Hiesterman officiating. The services will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page .

Mr. Wolfe will lie in state from Noon until 9 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.  The casket will remain closed.  The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home for visitation.
