Obituary
Phillipsburg resident, Edward John Zink, passed away Wed. March 10 at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg at the age of 84. He was born October 13, 1925 in Logan, KS to Edward Frank & LaVergne (Watkins) Zink.
Mr. Zink is survived by his wife Erna, four daughters, Margaret Lafferty of Viola, KS, Mary White of Wichita, Nancy Donahey of Lawrence & Kathleen Morrison of Boulder, CO; a step-daughter, Janice Smith of Marysville; a sister, Kathleen Harlowe of Salina; grandchildren great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, March 13, at 1:00 p.m. in the SS Philip & James Catholic Church with Father Benjamin Saw officiating. Burial followed in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Logan.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church or Hospice Services.
