Obituary
Long Island resident, Eileen Kats, passed away Friday, March 22 at the Phillips County Retirement Center in Phillipsburg at the age of 86. She was born December 24, 1926 in Phillips County, the daughter of Harry and Nellie (Kats) Ponstein.
Survivors include her sons, Melvin & Daryl of Long Island; her daughter, Norma Meuzelaar of Pella, IA; 6 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tues. March 26 at 10:30 a.m. in the Luctor Christian Reformed Church with Pastor Ian Van Leeuwen officiating. Burial will follow in the Luctor Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 7:00 to 8:00.
