Phillipsburg resident, Emma Jean Beisner, passed away Thursday, November 8, 2012 at the Phillips County Retirement Center in Phillipsburg at the age of 75.

She was born, October 26, 1937 in Fall City, Washington the daughter of Leonard James & Thelma Marie (Wood) Weigel.

Emma was united in marriage to Delbert Lynn Beisner on June 1, 1989 in Reno, Nevada. He preceded her in death on August 5, 2010.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Glenna Skutt and Betty Sprague; and a grandson, Dustin Steeley.

Survivors include three sons, Thomas Craven of Olivehurst, CA, Joseph Rule of Phillipsburg, and Daniel Rule of Marysville CA; three daughters, Norlynn Gomes of Ripon, CA, Suzanne Rule of Lathrop, CA and Tami Rule of Modesto, CA; a brother, David McCormick of Connell WA.; three sisters, Madaline Hendley of Brooklet GA, Shirley Rule of Everett WA, and Elaine Pearcy of Midland TX; 21 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.

Cremation was planned. Memorial services will be held in California.
