Francis Gordon passed away on June 15, 2026, at Smith Center Health and Rehab, Smith Center, Kansas, at the age of 86.

Francis Dean Gordon was born on January 11, 1940, in Phillips County, Kansas, to his parents William Ira and Alice (Abbott) Gordon.

He was united in marriage to Connie K. (Molzahn) Gordon on October 22, 1961, in Phillips County, Kansas. 

Francis is preceded in death by his parents William and Alice Gordon, and granddaughter Jesi Sue Gordon.

Survivors include his wife Connie Gordon, sons Keith, Kent and wife Hayley, and Kyle and wife Tammy Gordon, brother Arlo Gordon and wife Dorothy of Bloomington, Nebraska, sisters Carliss Alan of Denver, Colorado, and Carol and husband Doyle Conrad of Pratt, Kansas, 5 grandchildren: Shelby, Kylie, Devin, Jace, and Taryn, and 8 great grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 22, 2026, at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, Kansas, with Pastor Tom James officiating.

Friends may sign the book on Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, in Phillipsburg, Kansas.
