Gary Dean Redinger was born November 7, 1939, in Agra, Kansas, to Lawrence and Lucille Redinger. He went to be with the Lord on June 4, 2026, at the age of 86.

Gary graduated from Agra High School in 1957. He went to Parks Electronic School in Denver, Colorado to become a TV Repairman and he worked at Newell’s Appliance Store in Phillipsburg. He joined the National Guard and spent 6 months at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri. He later moved to Denver, Colorado and worked at Martin Marietta, building Titan missiles to be launched from underground. He spent time in Manilla, Philippines doing missionary work and teaching bible classes. Gary also spent 18 months living in an RV camper and enjoyed seeing the country. In March of 2019 he moved back to Agra and enjoyed being with family and friends. He attended the Heartland Worship Center.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Willa Jean. Gary will be missed by family and friends.

Cremation was planned, there will be a Graveside Service on June 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the Agra Cemetery. Pastor Darrell Schmid will be officiating.

Memorials are established to the Phillips County Retirement Center.
