Bridgeport, NE resident Glenda L. Walinder passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2023 in Bridgeport at the age of 68.

She was born May 12, 1954 in Fayetteville, AR the daughter of Keith K. and Edna I. (Clark) Watson.

On November 16, 1973 in Wichita, KS she was united in marriage to Michael L. Walinder.  He survives.

Other survivors include her daughters Angie Simmonds and husband Lonnie of Bridgeport, NE and Melissa C. Walinder of Fort Collins, CO; 3 grandchildren:  Jeremy, Kyle, and Tami; four great grandchildren; Emmah, Madisyn,  Railynn, and Kristin; a brother Larry Watson and wife Brenda of Springfield, MO; and a sister Freda Cornfield and husband Charles of Erie, PA.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Kenneth Alan Watson in 1980.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2023 in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg. The services will be streamed live on the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel Facebook page .  Burial will follow in the Agra Cemetery, Agra, KS.

Mrs. Walinder will lie in state from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 2023 at the funeral chapel.
