Glenna Louise Moore, daughter of Louie and Alice (Romig) Pursley, was born July 12, 1936 in Dearing, Kansas, and passed away Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg, Kansas, at the age of 77.

She was united in marriage to Robert W. Moore on January 26, 1958 in Independence, Kansas. After their marriage Robert accepted employment in Stuttgart, Arkansas, where they lived until August, 1972, when they moved to Phillipsburg.

Her parents; stepmother, Leona Pursley; and one brother, Ronald Pursley, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband, Robert, of Phillipsburg; her children: Vivian (Jerry) Meyer of Phillipsburg, Carl (Mashel) Moore of Alma, NE, and John (Cindy) Moore of Bennington, KS; ten grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren; two sisters, Darlene (Jim) Chance of Clearwater, FL and Nancy (Ray) Marshall of Tulsa, OK; brother-in-law, Ronald (Anet) Moore of Warsaw, MO; sister-in-law, Roberta Corlis of Winterset, IA; and many nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 25, at 10:30 a.m. in the United Methodist Church, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Gary Davison officiating. Graveside service & burial will be Saturday, April 26, at 1:00 p.m. in the Colony Cemetery, Colony, KS.

Mrs. Moore will lie in-state on Wednesday from 5-9 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.
