Phillipsburg resident, Helen Rae DeBoer, passed away July 13, 2014 at the Phillips County Retirement Center in Phillipsburg at the age of 65. She was born Jan. 9, 1949 in Norton, KS to William & Martha (Meyer) DeBoer.
Survivors include her 4 sisters: Carolene Stutterheim and Lorraine Wells of Phillipsburg, Elnor Van Der Wege of Lindsborg & Shirley Stutterheim of Almena; her step sister, Myrna Campbell of Great Bend and her step brother Robert Yenne of Arvada, CO.
Private Family Services will be held. The casket will be closed. Friends may sign the book from 12:00 to 9:00 Thursday & 9:00 to 9:00 Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Phillips County Retirement Center or The Prairie View Reformed Church.
