Phillipsburg resident, Jean E. Litzsinger, passed away on Jan. 6, 2011 at the Phillips County Retirement Center in Phillipsburg at the age of 80.
Survivors include her sons, Randy Elder & Phil Elder of Phillipsburg; her daughter, Patricia Martin of Texarkana, AR; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Cremation is planned, there will be no services.
