Obituary
Kirwin resident, John "Glenn" Eller, died Tuesday morning at the Phillips County Hospital, Phillipsburg, Kansas, at the age of 49.
He was born February 20, 1962 in Osborne, Kansas the son of LeRoy & Helen (Manion) Eller.
He worked at Tamko Roofing Products in Phillipsburg.
He was united in marriage to Karen E. Snow on February 20, 1980 in Phillipsburg, Kansas. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include his parents, LeRoy & Helen Eller of Kirwin; son, Brent Eller & wife Kelsey of Kirwin; daughter, Candie Jensen & husband Travis of Phillipsburg; brother, William Eller of Wichita; sister, Dawnita Winters of Phillipsburg; and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2011 in the Huck Boyd Community Center in Phillipsburg, with Rev. Keith Sears officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirwin Cemetery, Kirwin.
Glenn will lie in state from noon until 9 p.m. Thursday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.
Memorial contributions may be made to Children's Mercy Hospital.
