Judith Colleen (Hoppe) Brown, of St. Helens, Oregon, passed away peacefully at Touching Lives Senior Living on January 20, 2025 at the age of 91.  Judy was born June 29, 1933 in Hagler, Nebraska to Arthur William & Verlyn Hoppe.

Judy married Bob Brown in 1967 & moved to Oregon. She has 3 children, 4 stepchildren, 14 grandchildren & several great grandchildren.  She worked as a school bus driver & volunteered at several organizations, one of which was the VFW, Judy was a true patriot.  She was very active in the local senior centers & local square dance club.

She was a member of St. Fredrick's Catholic Church & her faith gave her great strength throughout her life.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bob) Brown, son James Brown & stepson Kenneth Brown.

Survivors include her daughters, Artis Rice (Dennis) & Tyra Schroeder (Steve); her stepdaughter, Teresa Brown, stepsons, David Brown (Karen), Jerry Brown (Kendal); her brother, Larry Hoppe & sister, Sandra (Hoppe) Hays.

Judy was laid to rest Friday, February 7, 2025 at the Plum Creek Cemetery.
