Obituary
Former Phillipsburg resident, Lois I. Roller, passed away Wed., Feb. 22, 2012 at the Prairie Haven Nursing Center in Kensington, KS at the age of 100. She was born October 22, 1911 in Phillips County to Albert J. & Ella Maye (Munyon) McCord. Her husband, Raymond, preceded her in death on July 6, 1995.
Survivors include her son, Francis "Bud" Roller of Wichita, KS; two daughters, Verda Gillock of Corvallis, OR and Rita Bowman of Eugene, OR; 7 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wed., Feb. 29, at 10:30 a.m. in the First Christian Church, Phillipsburg, with Pastor LeRoy Herder officiating. Burial will follow in the Agra Cemetery, Agra, KS.
Mrs. Roller will lie in-state Monday from 5 – 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.
Memorial contributions may be given to the First Christian Church.
