Phillipsburg resident Mark R. McCartney passed away on October 6, 2026, in Phillipsburg at the age of 62. He was born on August 10, 1964, in Smith Center, KS, the son of Ronald J. and LaJuan (Hill) McCartney.

Mark will be remembered with love by his family and all who knew him. He is survived by his sister, Patricia McCartney and his brother, Samuel McCartney, both of Phillipsburg, KS; and his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and LaJuan.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Mark at a funeral service on October 15, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Heartland Worship Center, Agra, KS, with Pastor Tom James officiating.  Burial will follow at Agra Cemetery, Agra.

Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.  The casket will remain closed.

Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Worship Center.
