Max R. Cox, son of Lonnie & Betty (Bishop) Cox, was born February 25, 1946 in Ottawa, KS.  He passed away on September 23, 2024 at the Logan Manor in Logan, KS at the age of 78.

Survivors include his wife Linda of the home in Logan; his son, Robert Cox of Aurora, CO; daughters, Christina Harris of Atoka, OK & Tabitha Lamp of Topeka, KS; step sons, Brian Desaire of Logan, KS & Chris Desaire of Hays, KS; 2 brothers, Mike of Pomona, KS & Lonnie of Queens, TX; sister, Ruth Thompson of Benton, AR; 5 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren & several nieces & nephews.

Cremation was chosen.  Burial will be at a later date in Pomona, KS.
