Phillipsburg Resident, Guy "Nick" Earl Ortiz passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023, at the Phillips County Hospital, at the age of 56.

Nick was born on November 20, 1966, son of Jose Ortiz and Peggy Watson.

He is preceded in death by mother Peggy J Watson, daughter Roselynn J Ortiz, sister Sarah Mather, brother Jose R Ortiz.

Nick is survived by his son Dennis N Ortiz and mother Rosalba Wanker of Phillipsburg, brother Daniel A Wilfong and wife Joann of Sterling CT, brother Randy Ortiz of MA. Sister Sandra Molnar and husband of Sharps Chapel TN. Father Jose Raul Ortiz of Alabama, Adopted Father Dennis Allen of Phillipsburg, adopted brother Mark Allen and adopted sister Monica Schwerman both of Phillipsburg. Many nephews, great nephews and a grandson.

Cremation was planned.
