Norton resident, Norman G. Olliff, passed away January 20, 2025 at the Norton County Hospital in Norton at the age of 87.  He was born June 27, 1937 in Smith Center, KS, the son of Versailes & Mary (Shook) Olliff.

Survivors include his wife, Vesta Hobbs of the home; his son, Verland of Norton; son-in-law John Engel of Norton; 5 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 24, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. in the Norton Christian Church with Pastors Nate Hagen & Darel Boston officiating.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. in the Sweet Home Cemetery, Smith County.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Norton Christian Church or the NRA Whittington Center.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 Wednesday & 9:00 to 9:00 Thursday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.
