Former Phillipsburg resident, Norman D. Rowland, passed away Oct. 24, 2024 at his home in Wichita, KS at the age of 77. He was born August 23, 1947 in Phillipsburg, the son of Carl & Marcellia (Hunziker) Rowland.

He is survived by his cousins.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, Oct. 31 at 2:00 p.m. in the Fairview Cemetery, Phillipsburg, with Pastor Randy Garner officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.

Mr. Rowland will be in state from 12:00 to 9:00 Wednesday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel
