Rural Phillipsburg resident, Petra C. O'Rourke, passed away Tuesday at the Norton County Hospital in Norton at the age of 47. She was born Sept. 6, 1966 in Vilseck, Germany, the daughter of Helmut & Christine (Hauptmann) Wagner.
Survivors include her husband Edward of the home; 3 sons, Kevin, Kenneth & Rene' all of Phillipsburg and her father, Helmut of Germany.
Cremation is planned. There will be no services.
