Roselynn Joyce Ortiz-Allen, daughter of Nick Ortiz & Rosalba Mendoza of Phillipsburg, Kansas was stillborn on April 15, 2010 at the Hays Medical Center, Hays, KS.

Other survivors include paternal grandmother, Joyce Watson of Danielson, Connecticut; adopted paternal grandparents, Dennis & Laura Allen of Phillipsburg; maternal grandparents, Juan & Maria Mendoza of LaPuente, California; and maternal great-grandmothers, Maria Mendoza & Felicitas Morales, both of Mexico; and aunts & uncles, Sarah Mather & husband, Daniel of Orlando, FL, Sandra Moll & husband, Richard of Knoxville, TN, Monica Christensen & husband, Matt & Rebecca VanCooney, Mark Allen & Dawn Bogart & husband, Rick, all of Phillipsburg, Jose Paul Ortiz, Jr. of Norwich, CT, Daniel Wilfung & wife, Joanne of Sterling, CT, Randy James Ortiz & wife, Joretta of Danielson, CT, Jeffrey Allen of Logan, KS; and Jasmine Mendoza & husband, Juan & Juan Mendoza, Jr., all of LaPuente, CA.

Cremation is planned. Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 22, 2010 at the Wesleyan Church in Phillipsburg with Pastors Rick Calvert & Jay Brandon officiating. Private Inurnment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Phillipsburg.
