Phillipsburg resident, Royce Ratliff, passed away on November 4, 2025, peacefully at home, at the age of 78.

Royce Eugene Ratliff was born on June 2, 1947, in Smith Center, Kansas, to his parents Wayne and Pearl (Gutzman) Ratliff.

Royce was united in marriage to Connie (Olson) Ratliff on September 15, 1968, at the First Christian Church, in Smith Center, Kansas.

Royce is preceded in death by his parents Wayne and Pearl Ratliff, brothers Dean and Brian Ratliff, and sisters Diane Kern and Coleen Gale.

Survivors include wife Connie Ratliff of the home, sons Troy Ratliff of Wichita, Kansas, Travis Ratliff and wife Jennifer of Greeley, Colorado, Tracy Ratliff of Phillipsburg, Kansas, Amy Rose and husband Mike of Agra, Kansas, and Annie Russell and husband Bob of Phillipsburg, Kansas, ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

Cremation was planned.

A celebration of life will be held on November 29, 2025, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Royce's shop, 1438 First Street, Phillipsburg, Kansas.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Royce Ratliff Memorial Fund.
