Scott Victor Randolph passed away March 29, 2014 at Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, KS. He was 50 years of age.

Scott was born June 13, 1963 in Logan, Kansas - the son of Victor Randolph and Margaret (Kitchen) VanScyoc, and spent his formative years in Osborne, Kansas. I n August of 1999, Scott married Billibrooks Robinson, and to this union their daughter, Chandler Brooks, was born.

He started with A & K Railroad Materials in 1989, then took over and became President of Iron Highway Logistics in 2003. In his leisure time, he enjoyed practicing and instructing martial arts, attending K-State sporting events, and spending time with his daughter Chandler.

Survivors include his mother, Margaret VanScyoc of Osborne, Kansas, father, Victor Randolph & wife, Darlene of Abilene, Kansas; daughter, Chandler Brooks of Shawnee, Kansas; siblings Renee Gordon of Luray, Kansas; Shelly Pfeifer of Salina, Kansas; Toni Standley and husband Kevin of Osborne, Kansas.

Scott was preceded in death by step-father, Mark VanScyoc (Pappy) of Osborne, Kansas.

Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 4, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in the Christian Church, Osborne, KS with Pastor Davenport officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Kirwin Cemetery, Kirwin, KS.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening at the Christian Church in Osborne from 5:00 -8:00 p.m.
