Rural Glade, KS resident, Tracy L. Baxter, passed away, October 6, 2020 at his home.  He was 61.

He was born March 31, 1959 in Phillipsburg, KS the son of Robert D. and Dortha L. (Shields) Baxter.

Survivors include his two sons Nate and Joe Baxter, both of Phillipsburg; two grandchildren; and a brother Richard "Dick" Baxter of Clay Center, KS.

The family will hold a graveside memorial service at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 10 ^th in the Bow Creek Cemetery, Phillips County, Kansas.
