Vicki Kay (Cummings) Ward, passed away on September 17, 2026, in Logan, Kansas. She was born on January 1, 1950, in Norton, Kansas.

Vicki graduated from Logan High School in Logan, Kansas, and went on to attend beauty school. She built a working life that reflected both skill and dedication, working as a beautician and later serving as a manager at Longs Drug Store in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Through her work, she brought care, professionalism, and a steady presence to those around her.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Ward of Logan; her daughter, Andrea Kay Willy of Londonderry, New Hampshire; her granddaughter, Samantha Smith of Londonderry, New Hampshire; her sister-in-law, Lisa Cummings of Woodlands, Texas; and her aunt, Connie Mendel of Houston, Texas. These family ties remained an important part of her life and memory.

Vicki was preceded in death by her father, A. G. Cummings; her mother, Dona Cummings; her brother, Gerald Cummings; and her nephew, Jason Cummings.

She will be remembered with love by those who knew her and by her family, who carry her memory forward with gratitude and affection.

Cremation was planned. No services are scheduled at this time.
