Wanda Lou Driggs, (Cotten), died peacefully Sunday, January 12, 2020 in her home in Phillipsburg, KS after another battle fought to cancer. She was 63.

Wanda was born November 3, 1956 in Logan, Kansas. She graduated from Phillipsburg High School. She was united in marriage to Louis Dean Bohl on March 1st, 1975 and to this union was born one son, Henry Dean Bohl.

Wanda helped work on the farm until the death of Louis. She moved to town to care for her mother and began working evenings. It was during this time that she met Bill Driggs and the two were united in marriage June 19, 1996. Bill and Wanda spent the first 16 years of their marriage traveling all 48 states on motorcycle, dune buggy, or with their camper.

Wanda enjoyed camping, fishing, quilting, and crocheting. She enjoyed looking after and caring for others. She spent countless hours helping others make it to medical appointments or in other ways.

Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Louis, parents Eugenia and Warren Cotten, and brother-in-law Richard Elliott.

Wanda is survived by her husband, Bill Driggs; her son, Henry Bohl and wife, Danielle, of Phillipsburg; her son Rocky Driggs of Smith Center; four grandchildren: Jillian, Cameron, Louis and Cooper; 2 sisters Irene Elliott of Lenora, KS, Phyllis and David Backus of Colby, KS; 2 brothers Dale Cotten of Logan, KS and Robert and Sandy Cotten of Goodland, KS and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thurs. Jan. 16 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Lutheran Church, Phillipsburg with Pastor James Peterson officiating.  Burial will follow in the First Lutheran Cemetery, Stuttgart.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Remembering Ron Schneider Cancer Memorial or Hospice Services.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 Tuesday & 9:00 to 9:00 Wed. in the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg, with the family receiving friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wed. evening.
