William "Willie" LeRoy Eller, age 52, passed away Monday, April 9, 2018 at the Phillips County Hospital in Phillipsburg, Kansas.
He was born June 16, 1965 in Smith Center, Kansas, the son of Derwin "LeRoy" Eller and Helen Marlene (Manion) Eller. He lived his early childhood years in Gaylord, Kansas before his family moved to Phillipsburg, where he attended middle school and high school.
Willie had many jobs through the years including driving a semi, doing concrete work for B & B Redimix, managing Budget Mobile Storage, and most recently, welding for Cliff's Welding Service.
He enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing, and attending K-State football games. He also loved to cook and spend time with his family and friends.
His father, LeRoy, brother, Glenn, and sister, Susan, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his fiance', Melinda VanKooten, and her sons, Christian & Noah, of Phillipsburg; his mother, Helen Eller, also of Phillipsburg; his sister, Donita Buck & husband, Ron, of McCook, NE; his sons: Scott & wife, Abbey, of Kirwin, KS and Phillip & fiance', Haley, of Beloit, KS; his daughter, Tiffani Killion & husband, Payton, of Kearney, NE; as well as two granddaughters, two grandsons, and a fifth grandchild arriving in May
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 13 at 2:30 p.m. in the Heartland Worship Center, Agra, with Pastor Monte Brunner officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirwin Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and 9:00 to 9:00 Thursday at the Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel with the family receiving friends from 7:00 to 8:00 Thursday evening.
